Again working alongside a local design agency LDA were asked to collaborate on the design, graphic production and installation of a functioning Christmas advent calendar to be used within the West Quay shopping complex throughout December 2008.
LDA worked through various design stages with the agency prior to sign off. The final display incorporated flooring, a plasma screen, lighting, shop window with shelving fully stocked with products on sale in the centre and an interactive advent calendar that revealed a new promotion each day of December.
The framework was produced and the graphic elements were printed. The install was carried out over two nights after 9pm, and once again the project was a total success.
